By accessing or using Rovie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Rovie provides a bio-inspired algorithmic movie discovery engine, resonance scoring, and personal taste vault tools for cinephiles.

3. User Taste Data & Submissions

You maintain full intellectual rights to your ratings, imported Letterboxd/IMDb libraries, and taste choices. You grant Rovie only the non-exclusive technical right to process this data to compute personalized resonance graphs.

4. TMDB Metadata Attribution

All movie titles, overviews, posters, backdrops, and release years are provided courtesy of TMDb. Rovie is not affiliated with or endorsed by TMDb.

5. Recommendation Disclaimer

Recommendations and affinity scores are generated programmatically through mathematical graph resonance and collaborative filtering. We make no warranty that all recommendations will match personal subjective enjoyment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rovie is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Rovie be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
